ABOUT US 

The Frio County Estates Property Owners Association (POA) is dedicated to fostering a thriving, well-maintained, and harmonious community for all its members. As a property owner in Frio County Estates, you are automatically a member of the POA, ensuring that we collectively work to protect property values, maintain common areas, and uphold the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood.

Currently, the Association's Board of Directors is comprised of the Developers. The Board is responsible for making decisions and guiding the community toward long-term growth and success.

​

Our Association operates under a set of Governing Documents filed in the County Property Records, which establish the mutual responsibilities and rights between the property owners and the POA. To support the management and upkeep of our community, mandatory annual assessments are collected. These funds are used to maintain shared spaces, improve amenities, and ensure compliance with Deed Restrictions that preserve the quality and character of our subdivision.
